The process of researching the project was extremely challenging. The design team had to pose as customers buying and selling used cars to immerse themselves and understand how the market operates. Additionally, we had to work closely with the team in the Philippines to understand their operations, identify any issues that needed to be resolved, and determine areas that required improvement.
DESIGN
The design required balancing adherence to the style guide standards of Toyota Japan, incorporating the essence of a Southeast Asian country to create a sense of familiarity and friendliness for users, and ensuring that the workflow remained streamlined and as fast as possible.
