RESEARCH
The research phase of this project is extremely complex and challenging, as it requires a high-level understanding of numerical calculations and the ability to deliver accurate forecasts. This is the first project where the research relies almost entirely on the technical team. It is crucial to deeply understand their algorithms, how they collect user data, filter it, process the numbers, and generate predictions within minutes.
DESIGN
This product is intended for back-office teams, but that doesn't mean the design can be overlooked. The input and output processes are highly complex, so without proper visualization, users may struggle significantly and eventually give up. The biggest challenge lies in compressing a vast amount of data and features into a single screen while still ensuring a pleasant user experience.
CONCEPT
The core concept of the project is 'accuracy.' It would be disastrous to produce incorrect or useless forecasts, and equally catastrophic to present the forecast results in a chaotic and disorganized manner.
